Part One: Select currency

In the header of our store you can choose the currency in which you want to display the prices of goods. We only accept Czech crowns (CZK) and euros (€) for payment.

Part Two: Finding the Product

You can find the philatelic material you are looking for in several ways. Probably the most commonly used way is to use the CATEGORY menu on the left (CZ: Kategorie), which can be clicked on to refine the search area. The second option is to use the search, which you can find in the upper right. Here you can enter the catalog number of the postage stamp in four-digit format, i.e. the catalog number of the stamp is e.g. 30 (*), then enter 0030. You can also enter general words, e.g. "vecernicek" or, for art, the name of the author, e.g. "Mucha".

Part Three: Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

You can add items to your shopping cart by clicking on the green "Přidat do košíku" button, either in the category you are in or on the item details, where you can also see the number of items we have in stock.

You can also order items that we do not have in stock. In this case, we try to ensure that they are delivered as soon as possible.

Part Four: Entering the Shopping Cart

The entrance to the shopping cart (the easiest) is at the top right, where you can click either the green "K pokladně" (EN: "Proceed to checkout") button or the "Cart" heading.

Part Five: Checking the items and quantities of ordered goods

After entering the shopping cart, you can check the quantity of the selected goods. Here you can see a small preview of the selected item, the catalog number and the official name of the goods. In the "Dost." (EN: "Available") column, a green circle indicates that the goods are in stock. You can remove the goods from the cart with the trash can icon, you can increase or decrease the quantity of the purchased goods with the +/- buttons, and the individual totals follow.

Part Six: Buyer Information

If you have checked the purchased goods (types and quantity), then you are in front of the section called "Účet" (EN: "Account"), where you can log in to your previously registered customer account or choose whether you want to become a registered customer of our online store or not. However, you must choose, otherwise the order cannot be completed.

If you choose "Pay as a visitor", your customer account will not be created and you will not have a record of the orders you have made in our online store. Your order can be transferred to a registered customer account later.

Part Seven: Entering Buyer Information

If you have previously registered with our online store, then after logging into your account, your address will be filled in. If something has changed in your data, please make the necessary changes.

If this is your first time here, then the procedure for filling in the registration data is as follows, regardless of the choice in part six. In the expanded form, you need to fill in all the fields marked with a red asterisk (highlighted in orange in the picture). This is the absolute minimum of information required to complete the order. So fill in your e-mail address, first and last name, postal address and phone number. Then click on the green "Uložit" (EN: "Save") button. The form will flash and the entered data will be saved.

We do not process the data you provide further or pass it on to other persons unless it is necessary to complete the order.

Part Eight: Terms and Conditions

After filling in the address, you will find a checkbox and a link to the Terms and Conditions of our online store in the "Shipping Method" block. Read the Terms and Conditions and check this box. You cannot complete the order without confirming the Terms and Conditions. We assure you that there are no hidden details in the Terms and Conditions, but you do not have to agree to them. If you do not want to agree to the Terms and Conditions, but you want to complete the purchase, you can write us an order by e-mail.

Part Nine: Choosing a Carrier

Choose the carrier that suits you best. Confirm your choice by clicking the circle in front of the name of your preferred carrier.

Most carriers are intended only for the Czech Republic, for sending to European Union countries, select the European Union flag.

Customers from Slovakia can use other carriers.

Customers from Poland can use InPost delivery boxes.

Part Ten: Choosing a Payment Method

At the end of the shopping cart page, if you have filled everything in correctly, two fields will appear with the payment option: "Zaplatit bankovním převodem" (EN: "Pay by bank transfer") or "Zaplatit na dobírku" (EN: "Pay on delivery"). For shipments to European Union countries, we require advance payment to a bank account. Select this option.

Customers from Slovakia can choose payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery when choosing the carrier Packeta.sk.

Customers from Poland can choose payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery when choosing the carrier InPost.

Part Eleven: Order Confirmation

Payment on delivery (only for Packeta.sk and InPost Poland): A simple page with the total price for your order will appear. You can finally abandon the order or confirm it with the green button "Confirm order". This completes the entire ordering process and you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Payment by bank transfer: A page will appear where you can finally choose the payment currency (CZK or EUR), bank account information and the total price. You can finally abandon the order or confirm it with the green button "Confirm order". This completes the entire ordering process and you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Part Twelve: Payment details

A page with information about our accounts will appear.

The QR code can only be used for payments in Czech crowns (CZK) and from a Czech account.
